Refunds & Exchange Policy

At House of Miro, each garment is meticulously crafted with exceptional attention to detail. Due to the exclusive nature of our collections and made-to-order production process, we maintain the following policy.

Advance Payments
All advance payments and deposits are strictly non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed and production, sourcing, or customization has commenced, the advance payment cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds or returns on purchased items. 

Exchanges: 
Exchanges may be approved for defective or incorrect couriers only, subject to review by our customer care team.
Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Customized, made-to-order & Designer stitchings can’t be exchanged but will be fixed according to decided terms and conditions at the time of purchase. 

Color & Design Variations
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible and approve with customers. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography lighting, and fabric dye lots.
Such variations are considered normal and do not qualify for exchanges.

Order Cancellations : 
No cancellations. Once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
