All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. While we strive for accuracy, The House of Miro reserves the right for amend orders in the event of pricing, product, or technical errors. Prices on websites are subjected to increase with the increase in the materials due to international economic crisis.
Exchange & Refunds :
All sales are final. Advance payments are strictly non-refundable. Exchanges or Fixes will only be considered for items that arrive damaged or defective and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipping & Delivery :
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. International duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Product Care :
All garments are recommended for professional dry cleaning only. The House of Miro is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, washing, alterations, or handling after delivery.
Product Representation :
We make every effort to display garment colours and details accurately. Minor variations in colour, embellishment placement, or fabric texture may occur and are not considered defects. As each garment is handcrafted and made to order, embellishment materials may occasionally be replaced with comparable alternatives of the same aesthetic and quality in the event of supplier or market unavailability.
Privacy :
Any personal information shared with The House of Miro will be handled with care and used solely for order processing, customer service, and website operations.
Governing Law :
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
